(de)Stabilizing Diffusions was presented as a ten-day exhibition at Café SAT, Montréal, 15–24 May 2023. The exhibition documented artistic strategies inside generative AI systems and sat next to the (un)Stable Diffusions symposium at Concordia.

The arrival of general-purpose AI tools marked a critical moment in AI’s publicity and the role of art within it.
